My Klarna payment was declined what should I do?

What should I do if my payment is declined? If you encounter a declined payment, please proceed to place your order again, as we cannot restore an order once a payment has been declined.

If you encounter any payment issues with providers like PayPal, Klarna, Clearpay, or Laybuy, please note that as a retailer, we cannot resolve these issues. You must log in to or use their apps to manage your accounts with these providers. We are also unable to provide reasons why an order might be declined, as these providers operate under their own lending criteria. For any issues, please contact them directly.

If your order does not go through, you will need to place it again. If your order is successful, you will receive a confirmation email and an order number from Rug Love. If you do not receive these, it likely means your payment did not process successfully through your chosen payment provider.
