Regrettably, we don't offer product samples. Given our vast online-only rug collection, it's not feasible for us to maintain samples of every item in stock. If you're keen on matching colors or seeing the product firsthand, we suggest buying from a rug store with brick-and-mortar locations for an in-person view.

Please note that our trading address and offices are not open to the public. We do not store inventory at this location, and therefore, it is not possible to collect or return goods in person. Like most online-only rug retailers, many of our items are dispatched directly from the supplier. Regardless of whom you place your order with, it will be coming from the same location and delivered using the same couriers.
